Grilled Lamb Chops with Olive Oil Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp Vassilakis Estate early harvest olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Fresh bread & red wine (to serve)

Steps / Instructions

Marinate lamb chops in olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for 1 hour. Grill or pan-sear to desired doneness. Drizzle with extra olive oil before serving. Pair with crusty bread and a glass of red wine.
