Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp Vassilakis balsamic glaze with thyme honey
- 3 tbsp Charisma or Vee extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper
Steps / Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix balsamic glaze, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub over pork and roast for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice and drizzle with a little more glaze before serving.
