- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- Mixed greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- Feta cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp Vassilakis orange balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp Charisma olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Steps / Instructions
Arrange greens on a plate. Top with chicken slices, orange segments, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and orange balsamic glaze. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
