Our Forest Honey Pine Thyme flavor is a delicious, sweet honey. 

A certified honey collected by the noblest herbs of the Cretan flora: savory, thyme, malotira (sideritis syriaca), ebenos (ebenus cretica), and other woodland plants. This honey is light in color, full-bodied, and of high nutritional value.

Within our ecosystem, the coexistence of pine and thyme gives us honey with unique characteristics, known since the Minoan era. This honey has a darker color, typically amber to brown, and a more robust, resinous flavor compared to flower-based honey varieties. It is known for its rich mineral content and unique taste, with a hint of woodiness or herbal notes. Pine thyme honey, is often valued for its health benefits, including its antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
